Quadruple Killer Put to Death in Okla.    Corey Duane Hamilton was pegged as the triggerman in the 1992 execution-style shooting deaths of four employees at a Lee's Famous Chicken Recipe restaurant in Tulsa. He was convicted in 1993. Of four defendants who were convicted in separate trials, only Hamilton was given a death sentence for the slayings of Stephen Williams, Sendy Lara, Joseph Gooch and Ted Kindley. Co-defendant Donnie Eugene Daniels testified against Hamilton and received five life sentences. Co-defendant William Maxwell Hamilton, who is Corey Hamilton's brother, is serving four no-parole life sentences and one life sentence. Co-defendant Tyrone Lamont Johnson is serving four life sentences.OKLAHOMA CITY -- It's a scene that Tulsa Police Sgt. Black Gets Life In Slaying Of Asian Hopkins Student * Johns Hopkins' Student Slaying Suspect Pleads Guilty  BALTIMORE -- The man convicted of killing a Johns Hopkins University student who wanted to become a doctor has been formally sentenced to life in prison. Under the plea deal previously reached with Donta M. Allen, he will someday be eligible for parole. Allen pleaded guilty in November to first-degree murder in connection with the strangulation death of 21-year-old Linda Trinh in January 2005. He told police that he intended to burglarize Trinh's apartment while she wasn't home. When he found her in the apartment, the two started arguing, and it became violent when she tried to call police. Trinh's brother Quang gave a victim impact statement on Monday at Allen's sentencing hearing. He said his sister lived her life serving others and had wanted to make a difference in the world by studying medicine. Mother Captured in Child Killings * Mom Wanted After Kids Found Stabbed To Death Atlanta police have captured a 26-year-old woman wanted for murdering her own two children in Barrow County last week. Felicia Williams had been on the run since the children, ages 9 and 5, were stabbed to death during a violent rampage. The hunt for Williams ended in southeast Atlanta just after 1 a.m. Tuesday when a tipster alerted police officers to a sighting of Williams. Police found her hiding behind a bed inside an apartment. Jury Acquits Harris of First-Degree Murder Charges A woman who pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity after throwing her three children into San Francisco Bay was acquitted Tuesday of first-degree murder but convicted of assault.
The jury continued deliberating the possibility of convicting LaShuan Harris, 24, of second-degree murder or manslaughter, but recessed at the end of the day without a decision. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
Feds Come Knocking On Alderman's Door - Agents Break Window To Enter Troutman's Home Chicago Alderman Arenda Troutman appeared in U.S. District Court on Monday afternoon after being arrested by federal agents Monday morning at her home. Troutman, 49, who has been under scrutiny by law enforcement for years, was arrested on a bribery charge. The investigation was conducted by the FBI, the IRS, and the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, according to a criminal complaint unsealed Monday. The complaint alleges that Troutman personally accepted a bribe of $5,000 cash and agreed to accept $10,000 more in November 2006. The bribe was allegedly given in exchange for Troutman helping a developer with zoning changes. - (Newsroom) |

Phony Cop Charged In 2 Queens Rapes A manipulative rapist preyed on women by posing as a law-enforcement officer, complete with an identification card, a two-way radio and a notebook, prosecutors said. Eric McCoy, 37, was ordered held without bail Friday on charges that he raped two young women in Queens in the last five weeks, and also tried unsuccessfully to lure a 15-year-old girl. District Attorney Richard Brown said McCoy intimidated his victims by impersonating a police officer, then threatened to arrest or even shoot the women if they refused his demands for sex. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
Corn-rowed Negro sentenced to 55 years shooting death of White   Keith A. Lee didn't have to bring the gun to the 12th Avenue apartment. He didn't have to make threats and he didn't have to pull the trigger. But Lee did, said the judge who handed down a sentence that means the murderer will be 79 years old before he is released from prison. Two Feral Black Demon Spawn Suspects Jailed for Beating and Torturing White Pastor   You can now take a look at the men that police say brutally attacked a pastor last week. (See Springfield Pastor Beaten and Tortured.) Springfield police released these pictures. Take a look at Eugene Howard III and Chris Thomas. Both have been arrested and charged with armed robbery, kidnapping, burglary and aggravated assault. All of these charges are in connection to the beating of Pastor Ralph Davis at his Springfield gospel radio station. West African migrant raped 14-year-old girl  Police say a 33-year-old Worcester man met a local girl on the MySpace.com Web site a year ago when she was just 14 and twice had sex with her after buying her gifts and taking her to the movies. Richard Acquaye, a married father with four children, wept as he pleaded innocent Friday in Attleboro District Court to charges of statutory rape, rape of a child by force, indecent assault and battery and enticing a person for the purposes of sexual intercourse. The judge ordered Acquaye, a native of Ghana in West Africa and a U.S. citizen, held in jail on $50,000 cash bail after hearing bail arguments. "Student" Delonte Kitchings raped 15-yr-old high school girl in broad daylight  AUGUSTA, Ga.---Officers say a 15-year-old Glenn Hills High School student was raped by another student in broad daylight yesterday afternoon. The alleged rape took place sometime during the lunch hour at school. Just a few feet away from the gym at Glenn Hills High School is a portion of an unfenced area leading into the nearby woods that gives anyone easy access to hide. Ride home ends in rape, woman says A woman who says she thought she was helping two other women get home from a bar this week was dragged across southeast Lexington, robbed and raped, police said. A Lexington man turned himself in to authorities yesterday to face charges of kidnapping, rape and sodomy in the alleged attack. Both women are black. One was described as light-skinned with shoulder-length, curly hair, 30 to 35 years old, 5-foot-5 and weighing between 185 and 200 pounds. Black Lesbian Woman Pleads Not Guilty to Burning 12 Alive RENO, Nev. -- A convicted murderer accused of killing 12 people and injuring dozens in a hotel fire pleaded not guilty Friday to arson and multiple counts of first-degree murder. Valerie Moore entered the pleas three weeks before prosecutors are scheduled to tell the court whether they will seek the death penalty. All 12 victims died of asphyxiation from smoke and soot, investigators said, and another 31 people were injured. Moore, 47, was paroled in 2005 after serving 17 years in prison for second-degree murder. Low-down Sodomite School Sentry arrested for homo-rape of young boy  City school sentry is accused of sexually abusing a young male student. 34 year old Andre Johnson was arrested. Court papers show Johnson knew the victim and his family very well. According to court papers, Johnson got so close to the victim and his family over the last 9 years, he became the victim's godfather. He worked as a sentry at the former James Madison School . Documents say the first sex abuse encounter with his victim happened in 1999 at Johnson’s home near Fredrick Douglass School and the devient homo abuse continued through 2005. - (Newsroom) - (crime) |
